CVPA presented their Annual Alhambra Christmas Nights Benefit Concert featuring over 70 performers including the Dickens Holiday Carolers, english handbell choir The Chapel Bells from Lake Avenue Church and the award-winning Pasadena Crown City Chorus on Dec 20, 2008

One of the more popular carols, "Angels We Have Heard On High" was performed by all of the groups from the concert as well as the Lake Avenue Church Sanctuary Choir where several of the performers come from.
